Refund policy

Refunds 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error, or items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges  
Some of our products are offered in limited quantities and therefore we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and then place a new order.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Local Braddah, 7573 Slater Avenue, Suite Q, Huntington Beach CA 92647.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
